Is Mobali Timesheet really free?
Yes! The Starter plan is free forever for single users. You get unlimited tasks, 3 projects, time tracking, PDF invoices, and reports at no cost. No credit card required.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment provider Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoicing.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored securely on servers within the European Union. We use encryption in transit and at rest, and comply with GDPR requirements. You own your data and can export it anytime.
What e-invoicing formats do you support?
We currently support Finvoice 3.0, the Finnish e-invoice standard used by banks and businesses in Finland. PEPPOL support for pan-European e-invoicing is coming in Q2/2026, allowing you to send invoices to any business connected to the PEPPOL network across Europe.
Can I try paid features before committing?
Yes! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. You can explore all features without entering payment details. If you decide not to continue, your account simply reverts to the free Starter plan.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, you save 20% when you choose annual billing instead of monthly. This applies to both Basic and Pro plans.
Can I import data from other time tracking tools?
Yes, we support importing time entries and projects from CSV files. If you're migrating from another tool, contact us and we'll help you transition smoothly.
